Our Story
Holistik was born as a result of our passion to drive growth for a multitude of startups through data-driven digital marketing. Having worked across leading startups in India and USA, we saw a clear gap between what startups need for their growth and what digital marketing agencies offer.
Startups needed a partner that would share their values of Hustle, Speed and Ownership to drive their growth exponentially while agencies were offering slow execution of standard things with negligible business perspective. Commercial incentives were also not aligned, with agencies charging a fixed retainer fee or a % of media spend which might work for big companies, but not for startups since it’s not linked with growth.
So, we started offering customized solutions based on the startup idea and charging a growth-linked fee. And voila, we’ve served and are serving 20+ startup clients as a Growth Partner in just 2 years !

Raushan Kumar
Founder & CEO
Raushan Kumar is an IIT Delhi Alumnus with 12+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Analytics and Project Management at leading startups and MNCs from USA and India. He has led teams across multiple organizations to define and drive diverse portfolio of digital marketing initiatives to achieve 5x to 10x growth in revenue and users, with annual budget ranging from $100k to $5 Mn.
He founded Holistik Digital as a first-of-its-kind startup helping startups to achieve business growth, through full-stack digital marketing services and growth hacking. He has already helped 20+ startups in the last 3 years and is on a path to help 100+ more in the next 3 years!
