Role : Associate Account Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Work closely with an Account Manager and clients to understand client requirements and manage their accounts accordingly
  • Create, manage and optimize campaigns across multiple clients for all applicable digital marketing channels such as Search, Display, App and Facebook/Instagram
  • Assess clients’ campaign performance against goals (ROI and KPIs) regularly and take actions accordingly
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports to track key metrics and maintain budgetary control
  • Do keyword research, write ad copies and manage bids for paid search, display and app campaigns
  • Identify target audiences, get the appropriate creatives designed and devise/execute campaigns for Search, Display, App and Social Media campaigns
  • Partner with internal creative teams to develop integrated marketing messaging and creatives


Desired Candidate Profile

  • B.Tech. and/or MBA from Tier-1/2 colleges, with strong analytical and excellent communication skills (oral as well as written)
  • 2-5 years of work experience with startups/agency in performance marketing roles
  • Eager to work further in a fast-paced startup culture with quick adaptability and multi-tasking skills
  • Extremely hungry to grow professionally, with a result-oriented mindset and a bias towards action
