Role : Human Resource Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to identify and address HR-related needs and issues
  • Leading employee management including training & development, succession planning, employee retention, team building activities, PMS, Payroll and addressing employee’s issues
  • Managing the entire talent management from hiring till exit process
  • Facilitating employee benefits/engagement programs and respond to benefits-related inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws and regulations
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures

 

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Masters in Human Resources from tier1/2 colleges with Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
  • 2-4 years of experience in Human resource management
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices like Employee Relations, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition & Retention and maintaining work ethics on the floor
  • Experience in working in a fast-paced start-up/agency would work
