Role : Research Associate – Business Development

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Founder to suggest and execute strategies for Business Development
  • Understand the company business thoroughly – who we are, what we’re offering, who are our potential clients, how do we differentiate ourselves from others, changes in the company as we evolve etc
  • Research and Figure out various sources to generate potential leads in bulk on a continuous basis
  • Help the Founder with segmenting potential leads, developing customized outreach and follow-up strategy for each segment and executing it to maximize their conversion into clients
  • Conduct research on various platforms, remain actively engaged and share potential client companies
  • Collate and maintain potential client information in the internal database

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor or Master degree from a top tier college with a strong intent to make career as a Business

Development professional

  • 0-1 years of experience in any field, experience in BD would be preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Must have excellent research, negotiation and persuasion skills
  • A quick learner with hunger to grow personally and professionally
  • Experience in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and equivalent Google software will be a plus
