Role : Senior Manager/AVP – Account Management (Performance Marketing)

Roles & Responsibilities
● Work closely with the Founder and clients to understand client’s business requirements from performance marketing and manage their accounts accordingly
● Build a team of highly driven individuals over time and manage them to get client deliveries
● Assess clients’ campaign performance against goals (ROI and KPIs) regularly and take actions accordingly
● Prepare weekly/monthly reports to track key metrics and maintain budgetary control
● Create, manage and optimize campaigns across multiple clients for the two major performance marketing channels, Google and Meta, across campaign types – Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max and App within Google Ads and different campaign types in Facebook Ads Manager
● Do keyword/audience research, write ad copies and manage bids across campaigns as applicable
● Coordinate with internal/external creative teams to get high quality messaging and creatives
Desired Candidate Profile
● B.Tech. from a good college, MBA would be a plus
● 5-6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with deep expertise in Google/Meta Ads and strong analytical skills
● Proven experience in client management, team building and management
● Open to work in a fast-paced startup culture with quick adaptability and multi-tasking skills
● Extremely hungry to grow professionally, with a result-oriented mindset and a bias towards action
● Excellent communication (verbal as well as written) and project management skills
